Oceanside man killed in Fallbrook parking lot accident
SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- The man hit and killed by a vehicle in Fallbrook Thursday morning has been identified as an Oceanside resident. Ryan Edward Radabaugh, 53, from Oceanside, was pronounced dead at the hospital Thursday morning after being struck by a vehicle around 9 a.m. in a parking lot in the 800 block of S. Main Avenue in Fallbrook, the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office reports. According to North County Fire Protection, when first responders arrived at the scene they found Radabaugh with major injuries after he was hit by a van that may have belonged to his adult care facility. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead within the hour. The medical examiner ruled his death as an accident, however the fatal crash remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol. Check back for updates on this developing story
