Norwich man, 22, killed in crash on I-395 north on-ramp, police say
NORWICH — A local man died from his injuries after he was struck by a car on the on-ramp to Interstate 395 north at Exit 11 early Sunday, state police said. Dylan Stamour, 22, was standing in the travel lane of the on-ramp at 2:46 a.m. when he was struck by a Buick driven by a Georgia man, Connecticut State Police said Sunday afternoon. "The circumstances surrounding this collision are still being investigated," state police said in a news release.
