North Myrtle Beach crash on Highway 31 sends several to hospital
NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) -- Several people were taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle crash Thursday morning on Highway 31 near Water Tower Road in North Myrtle Beach. According to the city of North Myrtle Beach, both vehicles involved required extrication, meaning emergency crews had to remove the occupants from the vehicles. City officials said all patients were in stable condition and transported to the hospital for treatment. Horry County Fire Rescue assisted. Authorities said 3 people were involved in the incident.
