MSHP investigating fatal crash involving cement truck in Jackson County
Emergency crews have closed a portion of Lefholz Road in Jackson County due to a deadly crash. Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers responded to the area of South Lefholz Road north of East McQuerry Road around 10:40 a.m. Wednesday for a single-vehicle crash. In a photo shared by MSHP, a cement truck is shown on its side on the grass off the road. Troopers said it is a fatal crash. Drivers are asked to avoid the area as crews work the scene.
