Motorcyclist killed in two-vehicle crash in Cumberland County: police
A motorcyclist was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday night in Hampden Township, according to local police. Ramy Botros, of Mechanicsburg, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The crash occurred around 9:43 p.m. at the intersection of Carlisle Pike and Brondle Boulevard. Police said the motorcyclist collided with an SUV in the intersection. The operator of the SUV was taken to a local hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening, according to police. The cause of the crash is under investigation, and no charges have been filed at this time.
