Motorcyclist hospitalized after Sacramento crash, traffic impacted
(FOX40.COM) — A motorcyclist is in critical condition after a crash Monday morning in Sacramento. Officers with the Sacramento Police Department responded just after 10:30 a.m. to the area of Northgate Boulevard and Bridgeford Drive. Officials said a motorcycle and a vehicle collided. The motorcyclist was taken to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to the department. The driver of the vehicle remained on the scene, police say, and DUI does not appear to be a factor in the crash. Traffic is currently closed in both directions of Northgate Boulevard from Sotano Drive to Haggin Avenue as first responders remain on the scene. This is a developing story.
