A deadly motorcycle crash caused miles of backups along I-95 during Tuesday morning rush hour.It happened before 7am on the northbound side, just prior to Russell Street (MD-295) in Baltimore City.Due to all lanes being blocked, traffic at times reached back to I-695.State Highway crews eventually detoured drivers onto Caton Avenue.The road reopened by 11am.There is no word on what caused the collision. The rider's name was not released.
