LIVE: Fatal crash closes 2 lanes on Howard Frankland Bridge

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA)— Two lanes are blocked in the westbound lanes on the Howard Frankland Bridge after a fatal crash. The Florida Highway Patrol responded to a crash around 4:36 a.m. in the westbound lanes on the Howard Frankland Bridge Tuesday.
