Juvenile killed, one hospitalized after motorcycle crash in Northwest Fresno
FRESNO, Calif (KSEE/KGPE) – A motorcycle crash left one teenager dead and one juvenile in the hospital Friday night. Officers say it happened near the intersection of Bullard and Palm avenues just before 10:40 p.m when Fresno PD received multiple calls of a traffic collision. Police say when officers arrived at the scene, they learned a white truck travelling eastbound on Bullard Avenue had collided with a motorcycle being ridden by a 17-year-old and an 11-year-old. Officers provided medical care to the riders, and they were transported to the hospital, officials say. According to Fresno PD, the 17-year-old was pronounced dead, and the 11-year-old is listed in critical condition. Officers say the driver of the truck is cooperating with the investigation, and neither drugs nor alcohol appears to be a factor at this time. This is an ongoing investigation; yourcentralvalley.com will provide updates when they become available.
