Jenna Johnson Responds to Car Accident Speculations

"Dancing With the Stars professional dancer Jenna Johnson has responded to rumors circulating online about her being involved in a severe car accident. Johnson, 31, took to her Instagram Stories on Sunday, January 18 to address the misinformation, stating the claims are entirely false. Over the weekend, social media posts began surfacing that falsely reported Johnson and her husband, Val Chmerkovskiy, had been seriously hurt in a car crash. Johnson expressed her dismay at the use of artificial intelligence to spread such misinformation and urged for an end to the use of her images to promote fake news. Johnson and Chmerkovskiy, 39, are currently gearing up for the 2026 DWTS live tour, starting Thursday, January 22 in Akron, Ohio. They will be joined by their 3-year-old son, Rome, throughout the five-month tour. Johnson's last appearance on the tour was in 2024. Despite challenges of balancing motherhood and her career, Johnson expressed her fulfillment as a performer both on tour and on DWTS. Johnson showed her love for dance and partnered with Corey Feldman in season 34 of DWTS.
