Investigation underway into deadly train crash in Southwest Memphis
A fatal collision occurred in Southwest Memphis on Monday night when a train struck a parked vehicle, resulting in the death of one individual. According to Memphis Police, the incident took place at West Shelby Drive and Sewanee Road around 9:40 p.m. An investigation revealed that the train collided with a Dodge Ram truck that was stationary on the railroad tracks.
