Interstate 95 in Providence temporarily closed due to crash
The Rhode Island State Police are looking into an incident that took place Monday night on I-95 South in Providence. The area near Exit 39B was closed around 8:30 p.m. due to a collision, and evidence markers were observed on the ground by a 12 News team. Officials were seen using flashlights to search the road, and two cars and a truck were towed from the scene. It is not clear at this time if there were injuries or arrests.
