Injury crash shuts down portion of I-840 near Nashville Superspeedway
A multiple-vehicle crash shuts down a portion of I-840 Westbound indefinitely in Wilson County. The Tennessee Department of Transportation reports that the crash occurred on I-840 at mile marker 67.6 at just after 9:30 p.m. Monday. All westbound lanes are blocked. The Wilson County Sheriff's Office said it is an injury crash, and to seek an alternate route. Traffic is reported to be backed up to mile marker 70. The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating.
