Dispatch told CBS 21 the crash happened around 6:35 a.m. near exit 4 (Shrewsbury) heading northbound. The right shoulder near the on-ramp has been closed as crews are working to clear the scene. At least two ambulances are at the scene, according to online dispatch records. Dispatch said it's unclear if anyone was injured at the scene or their injury status. Pennsylvania State Police and the Shrewsbury Fire Department are the lead agencies responding to the crash, dispatch confirmed.
