Hearing held in I-95 crash that killed police officer from Exeter

A hearing was held Thursday for the driver charged in a wrong-way crash that killed an Exeter man.Keoma Duarte is accused of driving drunk when he crashed into Jeremy Cole's vehicle on Thanksgiving morning in 2024.The Endicott College police officer was on his way home to New Hampshire, after finishing his shift at the college.>> Download the free WMUR app to get updates on the go <<Attorneys on Thursday discussed the evidence in the case, saying much of it revolves around data from Duarte's car."There's a lot of discovery. There's a lot of data. This involved a Tesla motor vehicle, so it makes it a little bit unique with the software," defense attorney Joe Krowski said. "The Commonwealth has the data. They've turned it over.
