Fatal pedestrian accident involving 2 vehicles in Westminster: authorities
A tragic incident occurred early Friday morning in Westminster, where a pedestrian lost their life in a collision involving two vehicles at the intersection of Federal Boulevard and 96th Avenue. Following the crash at around 6:30 a.m., Westminster Police Department responded to find a 39-year-old man injured on the road. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries. Reports suggest the pedestrian may have walked into traffic and was hit by both vehicles. The drivers remained at the scene and are aiding in the investigation, with no indication of alcohol or drug involvement. Southbound Federal Boulevard was temporarily closed from 96th Avenue to Green Court, but has since been reopened.
