Fatal motorcycle crash on I-20 in Columbia County following chase
In Columbia County, Georgia, a recent incident involving a speeding motorcycle led to a pursuit by a Georgia State Trooper on Wednesday, December 31st. The motorcyclist attempted to evade the stop by the Trooper, ultimately resulting in the pursuit moving from I-20 Westbound to I-20 Eastbound at Exit 190. The pursuit was discontinued due to traffic and the motorcyclist's dangerous driving. Sadly, the pursued motorcyclist crashed on I-20 Eastbound and sustained fatal injuries. Authorities are working to identify the deceased motorcyclist, who is currently listed as an unknown male.
