Fatal late-night crash claims life of elderly woman
The Pflugerville Police Department reported on Tuesday that an individual lost their life in a collision involving two vehicles late Monday night at FM 685 and East Pfennig Lane. Emergency responders found an elderly woman unconscious and severely injured at the scene and attempted to revive her but she was pronounced deceased. The driver of the other vehicle was taken to Round Rock Medical Center with injuries that were not life-threatening. The exact cause of the crash was not disclosed in the department's press release on Tuesday.
