Fatal crash reported in Southern Knox County
One individual has been reported dead following an accident in South Knox County on Wednesday afternoon, according to Rural Metro Fire. Emergency responders were called to the scene of a collision involving two vehicles on Neubert Springs Road at around 5:30 p.m. One fatality was confirmed on-site, while two others were transported to a hospital with minor injuries. The roadway is slated to remain closed for an extended period to allow for the investigation by the Knox County Sheriff's Office. Rural Metro has advised motorists to steer clear of the area.
