Fatal crash occurs in the Town of Andes - WIVT
TOWN OF ANDES, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - New York State Police responded to a fatal one vehicle crash in the Town of Andes. Police say the crash occurred on May 16th, on County Highway 1 and Little Dingle Hill Road located in the Town of Andes. Police were responded to reports of the crash at approximately 8:21 PM. The driver of the 1995 Mazda MX-5 was identified as 27-year-old, Ethan Ray Kennedy of Delhi. According to police, an investigation conducted at the scene determined that Kennedy had lost control on County Highway 1. Police say the vehicle rolled after hitting an earth embankment and landed on its roof. Kennedy is reported by police to have not survived the crash.
