Fatal collision involving ambulance and e-bike: NYPD
The NYPD initially identified the owner of the ambulance involved in a fatal crash with an e-bike in Brooklyn, but later clarified that the ambulance's affiliation is currently unknown. The incident occurred around 1 a.m. on Ashland Place and Willoughby Avenue, where the ambulance traveling northbound collided with an e-bike traveling southbound, resulting in the death of the 65-year-old e-bike rider. The ambulance driver, aged 21, stayed at the scene, while two passengers who were employees of the ambulance were hospitalized in stable condition. Police have stated that they are unsure of the ambulance's affiliation.
