Fatal Accident on Guess Road in Durham, with Juvenile Injured: Police
Tragically, a man was killed in a collision in Durham on Thursday evening, as per the Durham Police Department. The incident occurred near the intersection of Guess and Horton Road, where a man was struck by a Honda Accord while crossing Guess Road. The victim, identified as 18-year-old Iazias Davis, was taken to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. A juvenile passenger in the vehicle suffered minor injuries and was also hospitalized. The southbound lanes of Guess Road were closed during the investigation, but no charges have been filed yet.
