Fatal accident closes outbound Eisenhower Expressway in Chicago's western suburbs
Sections of the Eisenhower Expressway in the western suburbs of Chicago were shut down following a fatal accident involving multiple vehicles on Sunday morning. Footage captured in the early hours of Sunday showed the outbound lanes being blocked off at Home Avenue in Oak Park, located between Harlem and Oak Park avenues. Several cars were reported damaged at the scene, and a body was discovered. CBS News Chicago has contacted the Illinois State Police to investigate the cause of the collision.
