A tractor-trailer reportedly lost part of its load about 7:40 a.m. Wednesday at the Fort Hill Bridge. The incident backed up traffic for hours while crews cleared the scene. Kanawha County dispatchers said no injuries were reported. ORIGINAL STORY Two eastbound lanes of Interstate 64 are closed at the Fort Hill Bridge in Charleston after a tractor-trailer lost part of its load Wednesday morning. A crash was reported about 7:40 a.m. after a tractor-trailer lost some of its load on the bridge. Drivers should avoid the fast and middle lanes in that area until crews can clear up the scene. Crews were also responding to a second crash at the nearby eastbound Lee Street Exit that had multiple lanes closed there as well, but that scene has since cleared. Kanawha County dispatchers said no injuries have been reported. Expect lengthy delays eastbound into Charleston until the tractor-trailer incident is clear.
