Driver suffers health emergency in deadly crash into Medina home
[Editor's Note: The video above is about how 911 came to be.] MEDINA COUNTY, Ohio (WJW) — A man died in Medina County when his pickup truck crashed into a home after suffering a medical emergency. According to the sheriff’s office, deputies responded to the 7700 block of State Road 94 just before 5 p.m. Wednesday in Sharon Township. Investigators said Michael Kellish was driving a 2019 Ford F-350 northbound on State Route 94 when he experienced a medical emergency. The truck then traveled off the right side of the roadway and hit a home, according to a press release. Kellish, 56, was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Investigators have not released further details about the health emergency. The crash remains under investigation by the Medina County Sheriff’s Office.
