Stop sign violation leads to collision, truck crashes into vacant home in Bibb County
A driver was cited Wednesday after running a stop sign in Bibb County, striking another vehicle and crashing into a vacant home. According to the Bibb County Sheriff's Office, on Wednesday at around 1:32 p.m., deputies responded to an accident with injuries off Canterbury Drive. The truck hit a gray Honda Accord and then "rammed" into the front of a vacant home on Cambridge Drive, according to BSO. The driver of the Honda was transported to a local medical facility with minor injuries. No one else was injured. The driver of the Dodge was cited for failure to obey a stop sign.
