Driver injured after car crashes into Dollar General in Cantonment
CANTONMENT, Fla. -- A driver was injured Saturday evening after a vehicle crashed into the front of a Dollar General store in Cantonment on Saturday. Troopers say the collision happened around 7:20 p.m. at the Dollar General on Highway 29 at Neal Road. The driver reportedly tried to back out of a parking space but accidentally put the vehicle in drive, causing it to jump the curb and crash into the store’s front wall, according to FHP. The driver sustained minor injuries. No other injuries were reported. The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating. No further details have been released.
