Driver dies following crash on George Washington Memorial Hwy in York County
YORKTOWN, Va. (WAVY)-- Crews in York County are responding to a fatal crash Monday morning. According to officials with the sheriff's office, the crash occurred on George Washington Memorial Highway. It was reported that the single vehicle crashed into trees on a median. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. No other occupants were in the car. The crash team is still investigating.
