GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) -- A crash with injuries closed eastbound lanes of West Wendover Avenue between Spring Garden Street and South Holden Road, according to a Greensboro Police Department news release. EMS has reported one patient with critical injuries after a crash in the eastbound lane. There was also a minor crash in the westbound lane that resulted in three people being taken to a hospital with minor injuries, according to EMS. The cause of both crashes is unknown. It is also unknown how long the lanes will be closed. Drivers are asked to avoid the area. This is a developing story.
