Crash on I-55 causes traffic delays in DeSoto County
DeSoto County, Miss. -- A crash involving a semi-truck on Interstate 55 in Mississippi has caused traffic delays early Tuesday morning, according to the DeSoto County Sheriff's Office. Deputies say northbound traffic on I-55 is being diverted off onto Pleasant Hill Road due to a road closure south of Church Road following the crash. WREG crews captured photos of a semi-truck flipped over on the side of the Interstate. At this time, it is still unclear what caused the crash or if anyone was injured as a result of it.
