Crash between truck and tractor-trailer kills 20-year-old man in McDonald County
MCDONALD COUNTY, Mo. -- A 20-year-old man from Stella, Missouri, has died following a crash five miles north of Pineville on Wednesday morning. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP), a 2004 Ford F-250 pickup truck was eastbound on MO-76 at around 7 a.m. when it traveled into the lane of a westbound tractor-trailer. The driver of the pickup truck was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The next of kin have been notified of his passing. The driver of the tractor-trailer did not report any injuries. This is the 17th fatal crash in MSHP Troop D in 2026.
