Collision closes all northbound lanes on Loop 12
A collision early Monday morning on Loop 12 at Singleton Boulevard closed all northbound lanes. An accident occurred around 2:15 a.m. near West Dallas at Singleton Boulevard. According to the Texas Department of Transportation, the scene is expected to clear around 8:15 a.m. Cameras show police and emergency responders on the scene. Traffic has been reduced to one lane and is being directed toward the exit, with two-way traffic control in place. TxDOT informed motorists, "be prepared to stop." The Dallas Police Department, Dallas Fire-Rescue and Dallas County sheriff's office have not yet responded to requests for a comment. This is a developing story.
