Car crashes into pole in police chase on Milwaukee Co. freeway
Video captured by Wisconsin Department of Transportation cameras shows a police chase on the freeway ending with a car crashing into a light pole."Wauwatosa police in pursuit of a red stolen Kia. Going westbound. Now back northbound onto the freeway," an officer said to dispatchers over police radio. The video shows several Wauwatosa police squad cars speeding after a red Kia Soul heading northbound on I-41 near Capitol, weaving in and out of traffic. After exiting, the car crashes into a light pole on Good Hope Road. Three people jump out of the vehicle and take off running. The video shows officers eventually detain two people.WISN 12 News has reached out to Wauwatosa police for more information and is waiting to hear back.
