At least one person dead in fiery crash along US-177
ASHER, Okla. (KFOR) — A fatal crash in Pottawatomie County on Tuesday afternoon is under investigation. Troopers with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to the area near U.S. 177 and Sing Road near Asher on Tuesday to reports of a fatality collision involving a commercial vehicle. According to OHP, at least one person has died in a car that caught fire after colliding with the commercial vehicle. No information has been released at this time on how the crash occurred or the extent of any other injuries. News 4 has crews at the scene and will provide more information as it comes in.
