At least 1 hospitalized after crash involving motorcycle
An Adams County road is closed after a crash involving a motorcycle on Friday afternoon. The crash was reported around 1:07 p.m. in the 3000 block of Chambersburg Road in Franklin Township, according to Arendtsville Community Fire Company. Photos posted by the company show a motorcycle and a black SUV were involved in the crash. At least one patient was transported to a nearby hospital via helicopter, the fire company said. It's unclear if there were any other injuries reported. Chambersburg Road will be closed for "an extended period" while crews investigate the crash and clear the scene, the company said. Cashtown Community Fire Department and Pennsylvania State Police also responded to the crash.
