Update at 6:33 a.m.:All lanes have reopened. Original story:All lanes are blocked on I-385 in Greenville County, South Carolina, following a multi-vehicle crash. It happened before 6:00 a.m. Monday morning in the northbound lanes near mile marker 26 in Simpsonville. Our crew in Sky 4 says the crash involves multiple vehicles and a box truck. Officials are working to clear the scene.
