5 hurt after van rolls off I-480: sheriff
TWINSBURG TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WJW) -- The Summit County Sheriff's Office is investigating a crash late Sunday night that sent five people, including a child, to the hospital. According to the sheriff's office, a van pulling a trailer went off the road, spun and rolled multiple times on Interstate 480 in Twinsburg Township just before 11 p.m. on June 21. Ten passengers were inside the van. Four of them were transported to a hospital in Ravenna, and a 5-year-old boy was airlifted to a hospital in Cleveland to be treated for serious injuries. The interstate was closed while first responders were at the scene. The cause of the crash is not known at this time. It remains under investigation.
