21-year-old killed in multi-vehicle crash in Mifflin County: state police
One person was killed in Mifflin County on Monday morning after a crash that involved three vehicles, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Hunter Massey, 21, from Hastings, Pennsylvania, suffered a fatal injury after his vehicle was struck by an oncoming semi-truck, troopers said. The crash was reported around 1:45 a.m. on Highway 522 South in Wayne Township. According to a crash report, another car backed out of a driveway into the path of Massey's car. This collision caused Massey to enter the opposite lane of traffic, where he was hit by the semi. The drivers of the two other vehicles were taken to the hospital for possible injuries, state police said.
