18-year-old in custody following deadly Woodburn collision
Authorities in Woodburn, Oregon, have arrested an 18-year-old following a tragic accident that resulted in the death of 69-year-old Jen Robert Lerback. The incident occurred on James Street, with the driver remaining at the scene afterwards. The driver, identified as Michael Ryan Bowar, was later found to be under the influence at the time of the crash. Bowar is now facing multiple charges, including second-degree manslaughter, DUI, reckless driving, criminal mischief, and three counts of recklessly endangering others.
