1 killed in multi-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer in Lancaster County
A fatal multi-vehicle crash shut down a roadway in Lancaster County for several hours on Thursday evening. According to Lancaster County dispatch, a call came in around 4:45 p.m. for a crash involving a vehicle and a tractor-trailer on North Reading Road in East Cocalico Township. One person was killed in the crash. North Reading Road was closed between Muddy Creek Church Road and West Swartzville Road for around six hours. The roadway has since reopened to motorists.
