1 dead after fatal crash in Beaverhead Co.
A 22-year-old Dillon man is dead after a single-vehicle crash near Glen on July 5. A Toyota Tundra was traveling south on Interstate 15 when it attempted to overtake another vehicle. The Tundra left the roadway to the left, leading to the driver overcorrecting, causing the vehicle to skid. Officials say the Tundra crossed both lanes of traffic during the skid and collided with a guardrail on the right side of the roadway. The driver's side door was ripped open, and the driver was not wearing a seat belt, causing him to be ejected. The driver was pronounced dead at Barrett Medical Center.
