1 dead, 2 hospitalized after Clearwater crash
Update: One of the individuals taken to Morton Plant Hospital has died. As of 9:51 p.m. all lanes have reopened. CLEARWATER, Fla. (WFLA) — Three people were injured after a crash in Clearwater on Saturday. Clearwater Police and Clearwater Fire & Rescue responded to the crash at 5:18 p.m. It was located at Court Street and Missouri Avenue. Two people were reportedly taken to Morton Plant Hospital, one with life-threatening injuries Another was taken to Largo Medical Center, the extent of their injuries is unknown. As of 7:27 p.m., drivers were advised to avoid the intersection while an investigation was underway.
