Woman from Meriden arrested for manslaughter in Enfield crash.
A Meriden woman has been arrested by state police for her involvement in a deadly crash on Interstate 91 in December 2023. 32-year-old Fransheska Stuart surrendered to police after an arrest warrant was issued. Stuart faces charges related to the crash and has been unable to post her $375,000 bond, resulting in her transfer to the Department of Corrections.
