Woman fatally struck by vehicle on I-93 North in Manchester
Interstate 93 North was closed Thursday afternoon in Manchester after a woman was fatally struck by a vehicle. The incident happened just after noon, when New Hampshire State Police received several 911 calls reporting a woman running in and out of traffic. Her identity is being withheld pending the ongoing investigation. The driver involved is cooperating with law enforcement. State police said there are no signs of criminal conduct.The roadway was closed north of the Interstate 293 split, just before Exit 6. Traffic was backed up before the split.
