Warren County crash claims 21-year-old’s life, injures two
WARREN COUNTY, Mo. - A single-vehicle crash on County Farm Road north of Depping Drive in Warren County, Mo., resulted in one fatality and two injuries on Friday night at around 11:30 p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a 21-year-old man from Washington, Mo., died when the vehicle involved traveled off the road and struck a tree. The incident involved a 2012 Kia Optima traveling northbound when it veered off the left side of County Farm Road before colliding with a tree. The 22-year-old female driver, also from Washington, Mo., sustained moderate injuries. A second passenger, a 24-year-old man from Wright City, Mo., suffered serious injuries. The 21-year-old man, who was not wearing his seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene. The 22-year-old female driver was wearing her seatbelt and was transported to an area hospital.
