Victims identified in fatal Kewaunee County motorcycle, pickup truck crash
MONTPELIER, Wis. (WFRV) - Authorities in Kewaunee County have identified the victims of Saturday night's fatal crash between a motorcycle and a pickup truck. According to a release from the Kewaunee County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded at 10:25 p.m. to the intersection of State Highway 29 and County Road AB in the Town of Montpelier for reports of a two-vehicle crash. An initial investigation showed that a motorcycle traveling eastbound on State Highway 29 crashed with a pickup truck traveling north on County Road AB after stopping at the intersection. Both the driver, 22-year-old Jesse Morales Hernandez from Kewaunee, and the passenger, 22-year-old Mary Elliott from Bayside, were pronounced dead at the scene. No other information is available at this time as an investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
