Victim of fatal Harvey County rollover crash identified
WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - A man is dead following a rollover crash Friday in Harvey County. Harvey County Public Information Officer Kyle McCaskey said it happened shortly after 9 a.m. on SW 24th Street near Kansas Highway 89, just north of Halstead. The county said the preliminary investigation shows that the man, now identified as 20-year-old Caleb Foley of Hutchinson, was driving east on SW 24th when the vehicle left the roadway. The vehicle rolled and the Foley was ejected. He died at the scene. No one else was hurt. The Harvey County Sheriff's Office is still investigating what led up to the crash.
