UPDATE: I-83 crash clears after halting traffic on bridge spanning Susquehanna River

The collision happened around 5:10 a.m. in the northbound lanes on the John Harris Memorial Bridge spanning the Susquehanna River. The scene is near Exit 43, Capitol/Second Street, heading into Harrisburg. The crash blocked multiple lanes of traffic, causing severe delays and a major backlog.
