Two Injured in Sylmar Car Accident on West Olden Street

SYLMAR (May 5, 2026) — Two people were seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday on West Olden Street in Sylmar, authorities said. The traffic collision involved a white Lexus and silver Toyota and occurred around 10:30 a.m. on May 5th in the 15900 block of West Olden Street, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. Crews arriving at the scene found one person trapped in each vehicle and worked to extricate them. Paramedics transported the patients to a hospital, one who was in critical condition and the other in serious condition, the report said. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
