Trial delayed for woman charged in deadly wrong-way Highway 30 crash
The trial in a deadly wrong-way crash near Ames is being postponed again.Ashley Taylor was scheduled to go on trial Wednesday. Court records show this is the second delay due to medical issues affecting her family. Taylor is accused of driving drunk on Highway 30 and hitting another vehicle head-on last year. Christian Royston died in the crash. A scheduling conference will be held Thursday to set a new trial date.
